Scream All Night by Derek Milman *Review*

Thank you so much Harper Collins Teen for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!  For some reason I went into this thinking it would be a haunted house story haha, but alas it was not that.  What it actually was, was a unique coming of age story set in a mansion that’s the production house of horror movies with an assortment of eccentric characters.  It was a lot different from the many coming of age stories I have read and because of that I found it really refreshing even with the typical YA cliches thrown in.  I give this one 3.5 stars!

Thank you so much Gallery Books for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.  I have never read anything by Christina Lauren but I had heard good things about this book and was excited to get to it.  I end up loving this book.  It was my favorite read of August and it was easily 5 full stars.  I laughed almost every page and loved all the characters.  Its fair to say I will be picking up a bunch more of Christina’s books now!

All Your Perfects by Colleen Hoover *Review*

Thank you so much Atria Books for sending me a copy of Colleen Hoover’s newest book, All Your Perfects in exchange for an honest review!  I won’t lie when I say I squealed so loud when I opened this bit of mail.  I love Colleen Hoover and was so excited to see her newest book, which just came out July 17th, waiting for me to read.  I wasted no time and cracked this baby open and dove in and as per usual I fell in love.  I give this 4.5 stars and hot dang I will be swooning over Graham for awhile.

Sometimes I Lie by Alice Feeney *Review*

I was so excited to win a copy of Sometimes I lie in a giveaway hosted by Flatiron Books and Amy of LadyoftheLibrary on Instagram.  This book has been a must read for me since I first read the synopsis because how could you read that synopsis and not be immediately intrigued??  And boy was it worth it.  This book was crazy! Twisted, dark, and fast paced I couldn’t put this book down and rate it 4.5 stars.

The French Girl by Lexie Elliott *Review*

Thank you so much Berkley Publishing for sending me The French Girl in exchange for an honest review!  Set ten years after the disappearance of a girl a group of friends met on a trip they took, the case comes back to life and unfolds throughout the book with various twists and turns.  While the writing was well done, especially for a debut author, the story was very slow and for the most part a bit boring.  I finished this book feeling just ok about it and ended up giving it 3 out of 5 stars.
